Our Hydraulic Cylinder Tubes – ASTM A513 ST52 Cold Drawn Welded (CDW) are engineered to deliver a balance of high precision, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Manufactured through Electric Resistance Welding (ERW) and subsequently cold drawn over mandrel (DOM), these tubes achieve excellent dimensional accuracy, smooth inner surfaces, and superior straightness.
Specifically developed for honing or skiving & roller burnishing (SRB) processes, these tubes provide an ideal bore finish for hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder applications in industries such as construction, agriculture, automotive, and material handling.

1. Hot Rolled Steel Strip → precision slit
2. Electric Resistance Welding (ERW) → forming of mother tube
3. Heat Treatment / Normalization → eliminates stresses and improves weld integrity
4. Cold Drawing Over Mandrel (DOM) → ensures accurate OD/ID, improved strength
5. Cutting & Straightening → achieves excellent length accuracy and straightness
6. Final Inspection → dimensional checks, weld seam quality testing, surface evaluation
