Manufacturing Process
1. Steel Strip Preparation – Slitting and inspection of raw material.
2. High-Frequency Welding – Producing welded tubes with consistent quality.
3. Cold Drawing – To refine dimensions, improve straightness & surface finish.
4. Normalization (N condition) – Heat treatment for uniform mechanical properties.
5. Surface Finishing – Grinding, polishing, or phosphating as required.
6. Inspection – Dimensional check, straightness test, eddy current & surface defect testing.
